Lost or Stolen Card

If you need to report a lost, stolen or problem with your debit or credit card, please call these numbers:
- Debit Card: 1-800-500-1044
- Credit Card: 1-800-423-7503
Daily dollar limit:
- Signature $1,500 per day
- PIN $500 per day
If your transaction is declined for potential FRAUD, call 1-800-369-4887.
If you are unable to use your card at the pay at the pump, go inside and use your PIN.
If your card is being declined when purchasing online because of an address verification, you must use the address that is on file with the Bank.
